iglidur® two-hole flange bearings are plastic flange bearings with two mounting holes for securing the bearing to the surrounding construction. They are designed for applications where conventional press-fit mounting or precisely toleranced housing bores are difficult to achieve.
They are particularly useful when precisely machined mounting holes are not feasible or when the bearing needs to be mechanically secured with screws. The design can also accommodate high loads when the appropriate iglidur® material is selected.
They are designed for lubrication-free operation, which can significantly reduce routine bearing maintenance. As with other iglidur® bearings, the actual service life depends on load, speed, temperature, shaft material and operating environment.
