Cable straight from the box

Traditionally, cable drums are delivered on pallets and require additional equipment for handling and storage. With chainflex CASE, the cable is delivered in a compact and robust box that can be shipped via standard parcel services.

Inside the box, the cable is mounted on a drum that allows users to pull the cable directly out and cut it to the required length. This eliminates the need for additional equipment such as drum stands or pallet handling.

Significant savings in transport and storage

The compact solution allows cables to be shipped more efficiently. Compared to traditional pallet delivery, shipping costs can be reduced by up to 84 percent.

At the same time, the boxes function as a practical storage system. They can be stacked on top of each other, making it possible to create a simple and organized cable storage setup without special racks or shelving.

Two sizes for different cable types

The solution is available in two variants:

• CASE M, for larger cable drums

• CASE S, a more compact version for thinner cables and shorter lengths

Both versions are compatible and can be stacked together. This provides a flexible solution that can be adapted to workshops, warehouses and service work in the field.

Easy reordering via QR code

When the cable in the box runs out, it can be reordered directly from the packaging. Each box features a QR code that links directly to the corresponding product in the online shop.

By scanning the code with a smartphone, users can reorder the same cable within seconds, without having to search for product numbers or specifications.

Developed for dynamic applications
